Stay at Céline Dion’s Paris Hotel: Raffles Le Royal Monceau

Paris has always had its share of celebrity sightings, but lately, one particular hotel has become the center of a full-blown Céline Dion fan phenomenon.

Céline has been staying at Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris, the gorgeous palace hotel just off the Champs-Élysées near the Arc de Triomphe. Since arriving in Paris, crowds of fans have been gathering outside the hotel hoping to catch a glimpse of her. And she has been giving them considerably more than that.

Videos have been making their way around social media of Céline stopping to greet the crowds outside the Royal Monceau and singing along with fans. Most recently, after returning to the hotel following one of her Paris concerts, she climbed onto her car, kicked off her shoes and sang “Pour que tu m’aimes encore” with the crowd gathered outside. It was spontaneous, joyful, and about as Céline as you could possibly imagine.

Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris

Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris is one of Paris's legendary palace hotels, but it has a decidedly contemporary personality. Redesigned by Philippe Starck, it's filled with art and unexpected touches, including its own private cinema, art gallery and an enormous 1,500-square-meter spa with a 23-meter swimming pool. Dining includes Matsuhisa Paris from Nobu Matsuhisa and the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant Il Carpaccio.
