new resorts in los cabos

The southern tip of Mexico´s Baja California Peninsula has been preparing the arrival of a number new world-class resorts. So, if you want to get in on the ground floor of any of these fabulous new properties, now would be the time to do it!

In 2017, a few new hotel brands such as Chileno Bay, Grand Velas, and Krystal opened in Los Cabos, and by the end of the year Le Blanc and Grand Solmar Rancho San Lucas were  up and running. That's an increase of 884 new rooms for 2017. But even more is on the horizon for 2018. So, what might you expect from these new resorts? And which one is right for you?

If you were to look for the perfect place to escape and disconnect from the tensions of everyday life, you'd seek out a haven that provides the luxury and comfort of modernity but that remains in perfect tune with nature.

That'd be Solaz--a perfect balance of entertainment and relaxation. The architecture of the resort is intended to mimic the ocean’s waves through its very structure. Looks fabulous, right?

Montage is scheduled to open early this year, as part of the Twin Dolphin master community, with 122 guestrooms and suites, along with 52 residences.

The interior design swings earthy with a sand- and clay-colored palette with pops of color like bright greens, yellows and blues. Along the 39-acre property will be beachfront on Santa Maria Bay, a Spa Montage, fitness offerings, two pools and multiple restaurants and bars. A master tequilero is on staff, as well, to help pair tequilas with meals.

Located on the shores of the famed vacation hot spot - Cabo San Lucas, Mexico - Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos is scheduled to be completed in late 2018.

The 600-room property, the brand’s fourth Mexican destination, will feature 6 restaurants, multiple pool sites, 54,000 sq. ft. of meeting space in addition to the undisputable Hard Rock vibe suiting the area revered as a star-studded destination.

Set along the dramatic coastline of San Jose del Cabo with panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez, Zadun, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve will make its debut in early 2018.

The name Zadun is inspired by the unique topography and dunes of the region and meant to evoke the transformative, pure experiences guests have at Ritz-Carlton Reserve properties around the globe. Zadun, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, will feature 115 elegantly appointed suites and villas, many with their own private plunge pools.

The Garza Blanca luxury resort will be situated between the Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, a short distance from Cabo San Lucas Airport. In keeping with the award-winning Garza Blanca brand, the trademark opulence, quality, and fine service will be more spectacular than ever in Los Cabos.

Modern technology and hospitality advances meet the ultimate in refined sophistication and comfort. This is a vacation that will leave you feeling spoiled and blissfully mellow.

The Four Seasons Los Cabos will be part of the exclusive Costa Palmas resort community, which will also feature a private marina and members-only beach and yacht club, all set along a two-mile (3.2 kilometers) stretch of immaculate white-sand beach and the warm, swimmable waters of the Sea of Cortez.

With so many fantastic new resorts opening in Los Cabos, it's a tough choice to make. Fortunately, we can help you pick the perfect resort for your next trip! Just let us know!
